David Horsager - "Gaining the Edge"
David Horsager sets the tone in this opening session with his keynote address on a timely and relevant topic entitled “Gaining the Edge.” Trust in government is a concept that is often discussed, yet trust can take years to build, seconds to break and much time to repair. David Horsager is a leading expert on trust and how it’s built into everything from individual relationships to how government entities can function effectively. As a bestselling author of The Trust Edge and one of the leaders of the largest national study on trust, The Trust Outlook, he will provide insight on the trust gap in our political system and how you as local leaders can help to build, earn and share trust in government.
